Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before you buy.

From inspection to delivery — and everything in between. If your question isn't answered here, call us at (406) 290-8327.

01

Buying & Process

How to find, reserve, and take delivery of an item.

What do you sell?

Construction and forestry equipment, work vehicles (trucks and SUVs), and aircraft (single-engine, multi-engine, helicopters, and select commercial). Browse our Cars, Equipment, and Aircraft pages for current inventory.

Where are you located, and can I visit in person?

Our office and yard are at 9 Bitterroot Ln, Clancy, MT 59634. In-person visits are welcome by appointment, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Call (406) 290-8327 to schedule.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We arrange professional delivery to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping cost depends on the item, weight, and destination — we provide a quote before you commit.

How do I reserve or buy an item?

Reach out via the listing page, our contact form, or by phone. We confirm availability, walk you through the specs and condition, send any additional photos or videos you need, and provide a written purchase agreement before any payment.

02

Payments

Secure, documented, no surprises.

What payment methods do you accept?

We work on a bank-transfer (wire) basis. This keeps every transaction documented and traceable. We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party escrow services we have not pre-approved.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you agree to is the price you pay. Shipping, taxes (where applicable), and any optional add-ons are quoted separately and clearly before purchase.

Do you offer financing?

We do not finance directly, but we are happy to work with your bank, credit union, or equipment-financing lender. We provide all paperwork your lender will need.

03

Inspection & Condition

How we verify what we sell — and how you verify it too.

How do you inspect items before listing?

Every unit we receive goes through an in-house inspection before it is listed for sale. We check mechanical condition, hours/mileage accuracy, fluids, structural integrity, and operating systems. Anything that does not meet our standards is repaired or returned to the seller — never passed on to a buyer.

What is the 5-day inspection period?

On eligible purchases, you have 5 days from delivery to inspect the item and confirm it matches the condition we agreed to. If something is materially different from what was represented, contact us within those 5 days to start a resolution — including a refund where the terms apply.

Can I send my own inspector before buying?

Yes. You are welcome to arrange a third-party inspection at our location at your own cost before purchase. We will coordinate access and allow reasonable time for the inspection.

04

Warranty

Backed in writing, supported nationwide.

What warranty do you offer?
  • Equipment: 6 months or 1,500 operating hours, whichever comes first.
  • Vehicles: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Warranties cover key mechanical components and are honored through authorized service centers. Full terms are included with each purchase agreement.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Wear items (tires, filters, fluids, blades, teeth, brake pads), cosmetic issues, damage from misuse or accidents, modifications made after purchase, and routine maintenance are not covered. The full exclusion list is in your warranty document.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us first by phone or email with the issue, photos or video if relevant, and your purchase details. We will direct you to an authorized service center and coordinate the repair.

05

Refunds & Returns

If something is wrong, here's how it gets made right.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes — within the 5-day inspection window, if the item materially fails to match the condition we agreed to in writing, you may request a refund per the terms in your purchase agreement.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason. If we misrepresented the item, we cover return transport. Other cases are handled per your agreement.

06

Titles & Documentation

Paperwork done right, ownership transferred cleanly.

Do items come with clean titles and documentation?

Yes. Vehicles come with clean titles. Equipment comes with bills of sale and any available service or ownership records. Aircraft come with full logbooks and required FAA documentation.

Can you help with registration paperwork?

We provide all the paperwork you need to register, but the registration itself happens in your home state through your DMV, county, or relevant authority.

07

Other

Trade-ins, consignment, and anything else.

Do you take trade-ins?

We consider trade-ins on a case-by-case basis. Send photos, hours or mileage, and a description, and we will give you a fair appraisal.

Can I list my equipment for sale through you?

We occasionally take on consignment units. Contact us to discuss.

Still have a question?

We typically respond the same day.

Call us during business hours, or send us a message through the contact page — whichever works best for you.
